"I like it it was good. Great company"
"I have worked for AZZ for awhile. The employees are great but the management is not. The HR is non-existent it is ran by the manufacturing manager. Any raises you are promised do not materialize, The product that is put out is substandard. It is pushed through so fast with poor and outdated equipment you would think a company making over $30 million a year could do better. Long hours 6 to 7 days a week."

"I was employed by Atkinson Industries for almost 3 year's. I enjoyed installing various types of Electrical System's. Most familiar, yet some not. I acquired experience that is beneficial to my Electrical Career and I worked with some outstanding electrician's. But unfortunately, I my Schizophrenia got the best of me and I missed a lot of work during the last few month's of my employment. Ultimately, I was laid-off due to my illness. My illness is under control now and I am able to work again."

"Learn as much as you can about the product; try not to get caught up in the culture."

"My termination should have been suspension instead...I felt that there was little consideration for my loyalty and performance."
