"Go for it, slowly but I am sure Azteca will eventually make a good company just like they are in Mexico."

"Lacks stability and just too many, too frequent changes and in opposite direction. Lacking consistency."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick with a plan, master it and make it work...plans and manpower should not have too much turnover"
