"Be careful what the owner tells you and also to take the payroll checks to his bank and cash it, then take the cash to your bank."
What don't you like about working at Axiom Merchant Services?
"I didn't like when my payroll checks bounced. I didn't like the fact that the owner wasn't actually trying to make the company better and improve on its reputation, and he was only interested in changing the name of the company so get away from the bad press."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your employees the way you want to be treated. Don't yell at them like they are little children. Keep your payroll money in payroll and make sure there is enough to cover payroll."
