Fly the Happiest and Safest Skies
Are you flying friendly skies? We are sharing our annual Happiest Airlines list just in time for the busiest travel day of the year. Our data analyzes airline employees who have submitted company reviews to CareerBliss.com from 2016 to 2017. Airline employees independently rate their employers on CareerBliss for ten factors including their overall work environment, compensation, CEO and workplace culture. Flying in at No. 1 is Alaska Airlines, which also ranks No. 1 in the Airline Quality Rating (AQR), meaning the airline not only ranks high for overall consumer experience, but their employees overwhelmingly rank their happiness with the company 4.152 out of 5.000. Alaska Airlines is followed by Delta Airlines, American and United Airlines to round out the top ten. Alaska is quickly taking over the Happiest Airlines market as they have acquired this year’s No. 5 company, Virgin America.
