What do you like about working at Awards.com?

"I started working there when dot com's were starting up it seem like a career bliss as you might call it, but when the money stopped coming in, it was not a happy place, don't get me wrong the people were great, but every other week someone was let go, because I am assuming we had money problems at the time. To tell you how great of a place it was, the president brought his dog into work everyday, the second week I was there we had rides in the parking lot, bbq, it was great what they did for there people until things got bad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was part of customer service and I don't know until this day what went wrong, I am assume since it was a start up dot com, that we were not doing so well and money was an issue. I think that better upper managers should have been hired. To many mistakes were being made and it may have brought the company down. To tell you the truth, I think there not around anymore."
