"Sometimes it seemed that the management was not in touch with the economic reality of the employees. The cost of living was increasing much faster that the salaries."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always take into consideration the fact that the employees are people with real lives and problems. Treat them as human beings not robots that can be worked until they can't operate any more and then replace them."
