"I really have enjoyed this job. The company has strong research and development, marketing, and warehousing. They have risen to the challenge of becoming a manufacturer. They have difficulty with change and adapting to real time consumer demands. The recession has impacted sales causing confusion on how to expand the brands that it has generated. New products and the discontinuation of old products is particularly a challenge for Avlon."
