"Don't interview unless yoiu really need the job. If you need the job then you must be willing to run, sell all aspects of car and truck. Always agree with them and never fight the system."

What don't you like about working at Avis Budget Group?

"When they did the consulidation, the turn out to be favor cars, not treating everyone equal or basing it off of there performance. The demoted all truck management and promoted car people to fill the upper management positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair, this is a career world. We are in business to make money not to when a popularity contest. This is not high school or college. This is the real world and real lives you are playing with."
