"Honeywell has good people with some rough edges, but I was treated good there."
What do you like about working at Honeywell Technology Solutions?
"I like the high technology and that they will hire contractors. I like the good attitude and good people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Work as a contractor unless you live locally near a Honeywell or don't own a home yet and moving isn't so bad."
What don't you like about working at Honeywell Technology Solutions?
"They have moved most of their software engineering to India. The company isn't as competitive as it used to be."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bring all software engineering back to the US. It will improve turnaround."

What do you like about working at Bombardier ?
"People were friendly and fun and daily schedule was flexible."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you live in Wichita and you don't have to move you could fit in. when I was there they were limiting hours paid to 40. Any overtime was comp time and was reimbursed with time off. I was a contractor and didn't fall under those rules. This means that as a direct you won't make much more than salary. I would not plan on a permanent position at this company until you have been through their review process. If yo start out at low pay they will problably like you but they can pretty much focus on anything and turn a positive in to a negative."
What don't you like about working at Bombardier ?
"Negative management philosophy. No tracking or mention of accomplishments and poor judgment on factors related to smarts on the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Adopt a positive management style. Meaning tracking of the persons assignments and accomplishments. Upon review start with that."

"Ilove this field , working with aviation ,and want to have a higher level in this sector"

"I should go to the intreview first before I say anything to others"

"it has both commircial and military field ,thats mean more types of A/C"

"to have headquarter in the middleast like Jordan ,this Head should be represantative for many brands"
