"They do not ask many technical questions, as they expect you to have the ability to learn what you need when you need it. Be confident in what you do know, and relax. The interviews are very casual, and you feel like you are talking to a friend, not an interviewer."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"There is very little employee communication."

"Think of more ways for groups to communicate and share ideas."
