"I worked in a virtual office. The flexibility was great."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avaya is in so much chaos right now. Every job is turning over every few months. I would wait until things stabilize, or not relocate or do anything drastic for a job that may only be there for three months."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"Avaya used to be a great company, but the new owners and executives think they know best without taking the time to evaluate what Avaya was doing to make them number one in the industry to begin with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to run Avaya like Cisco. Avaya is number one in telecommunications. Management needs to retain the high quality employees who got them there. You can't replace 10 years of experience with three weeks of training."
