What do you like about working at Avaya?

"My team was small, so I had a lot of job responsibility and a great manager that did not micro-manage. I had some flexibility, as I could take calls remotely sometimes. Also, I got a chance to work with people around the U.S. and other countries."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As always, be yourself, relax, and do your very best."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"Sometimes, I would be the only one in the office, as most worked remotely or were in the office only a few days a week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The PS manager I had was very helpful. I do think that some of the time, it took a while to get answers. I would suggest streamlining for who is responsible for what, so that valuable time is not wasted. Also, I would have liked someone from PS to call me and see how I was doing. I definitely would have liked to continue working for PS after the contract ended."
