"This company is good to work for. Only reason I left this company is because they sold the shipping dept to Celestica so I had to retire because I had enough service."

"The one this I disliked about the company was that they would have downsizing and the people that had to be laid off."

"Make sure that they know what they are doing. Some management, I would have to train them on their position."
"This a strong technology company that is focused on customer service software and collaboration. Their products are state of the art for contact centers."

"I started with Western Electric which in turn went to AT&T, Lucent, and finally became Avaya Technologies. I really enjoyed working for them but Avaya sold the shipping department to Celestica Corp."

"The only thing I did not like working for this company was that they had several layoffs and having to deal with these."

"The management was pretty good at Avaya, and most of them were good enough to train the new personnel. Some management I would have to train in some of their processes."

"Great work and job yet company has some serious financial issues and have be laying off for past 4 years and payroll moved to once a month instead of bi-weekly. Avaya bought Nortel 4 years ago when Nortel went chapter 11. Silverlakes investments owns Avaya and the venture capitalists are requesting money from Avaya."
