"I have worked at Availity for almost 5 years and it has evolved a lot over the years, for both the good and the bad. I have always had strong support from my manager and control over my career, but often times the senior leadership lacks focus and care for it's employees."

"If your professional tool-kit consists of a strong work ethic with solid organizational and communications skills, then these assets will not be viewed as valuable if you work on one of the technology teams. Faced with an unorthodox and unprecedented road block presented by a remote employee who was openly hostile, served as a bottleneck by prohibiting any direct access to clients or business partners, and failed to provide or pass along critical and sufficient project information in a timely manner; as well as dealing with a non-technical, unsupportive leadership that turned a blind-eye when faced with any type of adversity = an employee Set up for Failure. After reviewing previous reviews on the company from over a year ago, it appears as if others have been subjected to similar experiences within the Availity culture at the Jacksonville branch. In previous roles an employee that is detailed, organized, and proactive is seen as a valuable contributor. However, under the non-technical rationale of some leadership these traits were scrutinized and condemned."

"Limited growth opportunities but great place to work if you're looking for stability. Management has difficulties in developing a vision and communicating that vision both internally and externally."
