"Be yourself. Don't try to be something you are not because when the jobs calls on you to do that thing you said you could, you better be able to do it."

"Creative thinking was discouraged. Thinking out side the box was unheard of."

"Think outside the box. Believe in the people that work for you and the reason why you hired them. Give people a little more freedom to come up with solutions, that may be outside of the way you would do it. You might just find that there is more then one way to fix a problem, and that way might be worth the effort."
