"Re-evaluate the CRM strategy. The direction they are heading is not a good one."

"If you want to grow as a developer and learn, do not work for Trader. If you are happy with the knowledge you have, then Trader is a great place to work."

"I really liked the people that I worked with. They were very knowledgeable and helped me learn a lot."

"Be yourself. Don't try to be something you are not because when the jobs calls on you to do that thing you said you could, you better be able to do it."

"Creative thinking was discouraged. Thinking out side the box was unheard of."

"Think outside the box. Believe in the people that work for you and the reason why you hired them. Give people a little more freedom to come up with solutions, that may be outside of the way you would do it. You might just find that there is more then one way to fix a problem, and that way might be worth the effort."

"Before committing to something please look at the ROI. Developers make things work, usually in an unstructured and not easily repeatable manner. This must be corrected. Best practices are not always best practice for your business."
