"Yes, this is an entry way into this type of business. They have the lowest compensation plans and an aggressive management style but will train and if you are good at what you chose to do then within a year you will find better paying jobs in the industry. Their employee turn over is higher than any one else in a field where turn over is traditionally high."

"Micro managed from Florida with little understanding of what their money has bought and little understanding of the regional needs of a business."

"Eliminate most of the regional offices as they are simple enforcers of market managers over 3000 mile away."

"They imposed to many rules of conduct that have to followed to the tee. The problem is that people are not robots , and not every situation is the same. One customer will need one way to be dealt with and another a different way."

"Let your personnel be who they are. They got where they are because they are good at what they do. A cookie cutter worker is not memorable , he/she becomes average because average is whats the norm. Kaisen ..Look it up!"
