"I worked at AISD for 3 months and I think it is a work place to work. I was happy there. My relationship with co-workers was always friendly.Also my payment was good and my task were always challenge and oriented to my skills.Since I was contractor there, the period I worked there was short but I liked it.Tools and resources to develop my job was good, also I liked because I was allowed to work from home."

"There were too many knee-jerk reactions by district coordinators to help those that really didn't need their help in the first place. The micromanagement of the best teachers yielded a smothering sensation."

"Keep the coordinators at district in an on-call status as the principals lead their faculty and support staff to uninhibited victory."
