"Be honest and sell yourself to the employer. Tell the employer what assets you have and what skills you can bring to the table. Most of all make sure the employer know that you understand the job functions and description of the job inwhich you are applying. If you do not have alot of experience and just graduated from college let the employer know that your willing to learn and you would a great asset to the team if you were giving a chance to work for thier company"
