Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure to very clearly understand the compensation structure and the expectations from you. Discuss the fringe situations and make sure you are comfortable. If you are very successful there, does that mean it's recognized in some way"

What don't you like about working at Attevo?

"The compensation structure was very imbalanced. They would demand a very high profile, high responsibility, and high accountable position of you that billed out for extremely high amounts and provided less than 20% of those amounts as your own income."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To provide an additional layer of profit sharing that involves a more balanced work to income strategy. To expect someone to endure the work and stress of making a very senior position successful at a client, yet only share with them a very small percent of their earnings, is very discouraging."
