What do you like about working at AT&T?
"This is a great company to work for, as far as pay and benefits are concerned."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you don't like a lot of pressure, don't apply for a sales associate position. All of the other positions are great with growth opportunities."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"In a call center environment, the possibilities of career growth are unheard of, even with a college degree or experience. As an employee, you are always under the stress of trying to meet a sales quota of 100%. Even if you make 99% of your quota, you still stand a chance of being released from the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at ways of offering career growth to your employees. Reconsider the sales quota of 100% (perhaps to have a range of 90% or better be acceptable). This will reduce the stress level of your employees. Additionally, sales associates in the Consumer Sales department shouldn't have to work weekends since the support departments are closed anyway. Technical support and repair are 24x7 operations, but sales aren't!"
