What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"I believe that if you treat your people like people, they will work harder and be more productive because they would feel like part of a team. I do not see that as much here as I did when our department started. I also am looking for a higher salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with respect and they will better respect you and work harder to your common goals and successes for the company."
