"Do not expect an easy job, but it has great rewards for those who work hard. Be ready for the rules to change overnight, and often!"

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"I did not appreciate that most of the middle management were unqualified and unable to help the sales reps that did not fit in their personal demographic. We made it work, however, but it could have been a lot easier if the promotions to management made more sense and were based on performance and ability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"See above. Hire and retain people that can do the middle management jobs and that are team players."
