"I have worked with the fortune 2000 customer base for over twenty years. ATRATO gave me the oppertunity to work with transactional storage, tier 0 SSD technology as applied to Backup, Recovery, Archive, De-Duplication, File System, and Database processing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on customer satisfaction, use standard tools like the ICE Metric at Installation, Initial Customer Experience and others to improve the customer experience. Customers are revenue, happy customers that consider you a Trusted Advisor are revenue streams."
"I enjoyed my work, but the management (or mismanagement as it were) was a distraction."
