"Everyone that works there only went there because they needed a job. They hire anyone that applies. Ask anyone that works there~they hate it."

What don't you like about working at Associated Third Party Administrators?

"The Management hates everyone that belongs to the Union. They degrade you and talk down to you. They sit back and do not work. No training.They tell you NOT to help the insured, deny deny the claims so theres no backlog."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to recruit all new management and directors. Get educated and caring team to train the employees. The director there claims to be the Medical Consultant and puts a stamp on the denied claims. She has no education and should not be doing that."
