"I worked for Atomic Provisions for almost 2 years. It would have been longer if not for a few items. While they tried to make the culture strong, the organization simply wasn't there. Everyone was constantly on a different page and when a ball got dropped because of no clear instructions, parts of the team suffered. There was also no flexibility. Even on holidays, there was a question on if we had to go in or not. The same with blizzard days. There were double-standards on raises and just an abundance of secrets on the daily."
