"A lot of lip service is paid to the so-called corporate culture. In reality, it is a myth. Be prepared to walk on eggshells, deal with low employee morale and management will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat if a scapegoat is needed. Pay is average, working conditions average, ego is way above average and the company has a HUGE involuntary employee turnover. You can work 60 hours a week, do a great job, but you will still be indirectly threatened with the waiting revolving door if you have any notion of a personal life."

"I dont like the overregulation of the management staff, constant questioning of what you were doing and your duties."

"More deregulation and let the people in the workplace do there jobs."

"Talk about how you are a process person - drop various key-words like solution-driven say you want a job, not a career, etc. - dress nice - image is everything here."
