"While at Atlas Oil Company I found the team to be collaborative, engaging, and innovative. The management did an excellent job of communicating the companies goals and kept us apprised of our progress in meeting those goals on weekly conference calls with everyone in the company. I felt like I was given opportunities to excel and use all my skills and talents."
"A lot of lip service is paid to the so-called corporate culture. In reality, it is a myth. Be prepared to walk on eggshells, deal with low employee morale and management will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat if a scapegoat is needed. Pay is average, working conditions average, ego is way above average and the company has a HUGE involuntary employee turnover. You can work 60 hours a week, do a great job, but you will still be indirectly threatened with the waiting revolving door if you have any notion of a personal life."
"Was a great experience"
