"I've worked at a lot of companies and this one is very different from others in a VERY GREAT WAY. Atlas Lift Tech HQ is always aiming to be a great company to work for, and I think they've achieved that but they keep trying harder. PROS: The Mission. This company exists simply to help keep people protected from injury. We train healthcare staff in the hospitals about Safe Patient Handling & Mobility so they don't hurt themselves while they are helping the patients. In doing so, patients don't get hurt either. Leadership. The managers are all great people who really care about their team members. They also have excellent core values and are all around awesome people. The Team. The employees who deliver Atlas' promise to the clients are great people. We were all brought to Atlas together for a purpose, and we work together just like a family. Each team at each hospital is a part of the larger Atlas Family. Culture. The culture couldn't get any better, but they keep trying. Atlas HQ is extremely communicative and very transparent. Titles don't matter to people; people are just people here, and nobody is more important than another. The COO sends out anniversary letters to everyone. HQ sends personalized birthday cards to everyone. Communication is strong and HQ is always asking for our opinions and encourages us to give suggestions.
