"As the economy declined so did ticket sales. The company when through several rounds of lay offs and morale was bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The owners were going through some major court battles and restructured upper management SEVERAL times. It left a lot of people wondering what the next move would involve, but sure there would be additional cuts."

"Compensation structure is not fair for the sales reps who obtain their goal every year. Micro Management is large their and they expect everyone to be able to work 60 to 70 hour weeks."

"Less Micro Management. Fix the Pay Structure, Promote qualified minorites."
