4.2 Great company with many interesting projects involving water resources engineering. This company is highly organized and streamlined for efficiency. I ultimately blame Covid-19 for the temporary halt in the construction of the Purple Line project since the State of Maryland is broke due to the shutdowns that are on-going. Because the Sate could not pay the contractor, the contractor walked off the job. This resulted in no further work and the elimination of my position
