3.4I have worked with athenahealth since 2009, like the team environment and company culture. I am going on my 5th year at the company and I am seeing that there are rarely any opportunities to grow within the department and maybe even the company. I have tried to move on previously and continue to make efforts to move on. I just feel that it's time for me to move on and use my expertise within another company.
4.8I would have liked a little less management. I had a couple of bosses that I reported to and not everyone wanted the same thing. As a recent college graduate, I was trying to appease to everyone which became frustrating.
3.5Athenahealth is a great company with a good culture. As the company continues to grow rapidly, keeping the culture that people have grown to love is important. They have a wonderful college campus-like setting and are working to improve many work stations around the office. It is a great place to grow a career as there is decent growth potential.
