"There is very little job security even when the workload increased and they were short on people to do it."

"Get your head out of your, well, the pointy-haired bosses Dilbert reference that were promoted are there only for the money and it shows in how their coworkers are treated. You would do the entire company a favor if you recognized all your employee achievements rather than nitpick at personal characteristics such as being a non-citizen."
