"Everything that needed to be done had a very long approval process because it was a state environment."

"Allow processes to happen without approval. Hire more staff instead of relying on interns so much."

"Tell the professor what you want to learn from the experience. It's an educational institution and they want you to be educated as much as they want you to educate."

"The pay was really poor, but I didn't expect any more as a Teaching Assistant."

"Giving the Teaching Assistants greater access to the future lessons would have allowed us to direct the current discussions in a more productive way."
