"I work in an agile team working on a web app application. There are really a lot of things and techniques to learn and do. And colleagues are very friendly and willing to teach me about working. Also I feel kind of responsible and achievable on this position and feel I am really contributing to the whole product."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You really need to be self motivated and self starter. Also need strong communication skills and quick learning skills."
What don't you like about working at Associated Newspapers?
"To be honest there is nothing that I will rate dislke on this position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management on this team is mature, but also I suggest that the leader group should be more contacted directly to the working group.(I am not saying there is no communication, but some more will probably create more efficiency)"
