"Mr. Norm Freeman the owner, is a gracious man, he was understanding of the challenges we faced as managers and very open to input on business tools, such as the computer system AGS purchased from HB Ulrich. AGS sent me to HB Ulrich's HQ to help customize their model to AGS' needs."
