"Work orders were clear. Most of the people were nice. The hours were great, 4 tens. Overtime was available."

"If you are Jewish, keep it to yourself. This company is controlled by Muslims (Dubai)."

"My temporary supervisor hated Jews. Somewhat cliquish. Some racists, possible clan members in middle management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A certain avionics lead in hanger 3 goes to work still drunk from the night before. Fire him for everyone's safety."

"Be wary of what you are told. Read all the fine print."

What don't you like about working at Associated AirCenter?

"There was a constant threat of termination, often without apparant cause. If you fell out of grace with anyone in the management team, even those not directly above you, you stood a good chance of termination or layoff. The projects were not well organized and typically seemed to be always behind in some way or another, causing stress to anyone involved."

"Get organized and develop/maintain employee respect and goodwill."

"I was not a part of the decision making process or the Senior Leadership Team when the company was sold, I do feel strongly that the difficulties the company has ungone of late is a direct result."
