"I loved assisting customers choose the best product/service and improve their photography knowledge and skills. I loved the associate purchase program for purchasing my own gear and the training websites to enhance my knowledge."

What don't you like about working at Ritz Camera & Image?
"Under appreciated/paid and had a conflicting District Manager until my store closed. Worked WAY TOO MANY hours with no benefits, got stuck working for my sick employees but wasn't able to use my sick days much even when my knee/legs hurt a lot. Part of that is probably my commitment to working hard and doing my job well and the leader that I had during my training and time as a Store Manager. As an associate my store manager was laid back and I enjoyed the slow-busy pace!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Implement an Employee of the Month/Year program to further reward outstanding associates and provide an excellent motivational tool!"
