"Looking for research funding on an ongoing basis.This can be an impediment to progress."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management at the university has very little to do as far as day to day work is concerned. The research funds are my responsibility."

"Being a big corporation my duties were limited to selective profile, I did not get to explore different areas."
