"The company has poor communication skills to all levels of employees. I feel like I am working on my own without any clear guidance or strategy."

"I think management should have more frequent communication with all levels of employees and seek to make people feel like a part of a bigger goal than each independent small team."

"Again, I enjoyed the work and it was a great entry job for marketing research. The people I worked with directly where very helpful and I learned a lot from them."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't even go in for an interview."
What don't you like about working at Leisure Trends Group?
"Management. My consumer research department was run by the wife of the owner and just didn't know what she was doing. She ruled with an iron fist and never appreciated anyone or their work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire her. I really am not much of a skeptic and I do not like to criticize management generally, but everyone I talked to there would say that I have never worked at a company like this"
