"Must be likeable, work well with others, have a positive attitude"

"Salary and benefits have a lot to be desired. This company should pay market rates."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should recognize their best performers and invest in the right people. Similarly, management should turn people over who are not performing to the best of their ability or address these people head on and hold them accountable for their performance."

"I liked the salary and some of my co-workers. Some had a familial rapport."

"Don't expect respect if you weren't referred by another employee. Gary only shows respect to those who come in through someone else he trusts."

"I felt demeaned and belittled while I was there. I always felt under valued and unappreciated. My ideas and efforts weren't recognized and I was made to do work that did not comply with my title."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't use cronyism in hiring new employees. I wouldn't exercise favoritism among employees. I would treat everyone fairly and distribute work evenly."
