"I think production, after it's all said and done, is about knowing people. If you can relate to anyone and find common ground, you'll succeed. I really love what I do. The only thing I can say is it feels like I'm just getting started. New media especially, but TV and film have the potential to change. I'm excited to make meaningful media. Not through by a long shot."

"I loved owning and seeing through my responsibilities. It was great to be able to make positive impact on the project. The relationship between teams and external publisher can be complicated and filled with politics like any other big studios. That I did not care for too much. Because it interfered with the job and the production of the project."

"Worst company to work for in the entire industry."
What do you like about working at Sleepy Giant Entertainment?
"They gave me a foot in the door to the industry. That was about the only good thing. They buy everyone beer on Fridays if you're in to that."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're seriously considering Sleepy Giant as a potential employer - Start planning your escape now, either that or get comfortable with micromanagement and dishonest business practices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You tell your employees that you want them to manage upwards, however - when they try, you beat them in to submission with your dismissive attitude. If you want so badly to make all of the decisions for every department, then perhaps you should fire everyone and do everything yourselves."

What do you like about working at Bigpoint?
"My team and my boss made it easy to come into work. We all came together and focused to get the project out in time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The US studio wont exist soon. I'm not sure how the studio in Germany would be to work at every day."
What don't you like about working at Bigpoint?
"We never received the kind of support we should have from our parent company. Also communication was horrible from our top bosses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication and also make more decisive decisions. Don't waver from the choices you make. Stick with it, if it fails, then move on quickly, but make a choice."

What do you like about working at NBCUniversal?
"It was work in a hard to find work job market. I work for some good shows."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"For post production positions, this is a job, not a career. It used to be a good career but now you can't make enough to support a family. Become a writer or work on the corporate side of the business. They pay much more and seem to value their employees by paying them a fair wage."
What don't you like about working at NBCUniversal?
"The company always made it harder than it should be because of the accounting requirements on non accountants. They don't pay as much as the other studios do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Experience is worth much more than willingness to work long hours. With experience the hours become much shorter."

"I have a lot of suggestions for management, probably too many for this section"

"Multicultural work environment with lots of opporunities and work experience."

"Non-managed work load with little assistance and project support for teams."

"More support for day to day projects, as well as manageability."

"I have great respect for my co-workers, who are all of the highest professional caliber."

"The quality of the productions require that applicants be on your A-game"

"The work can be sporadic, and tends to be seasonal."

"Management has done a wonderful job of providing safe working conditions and interesting projects."
