"If you're a patient person and you're good at company politics, then this is the company for you. The resources and talent pool are fantastic, but career growth is a slow and tedious path not quickened by numerous company reorganizations."
What don't you like about working at Disney Interactive Media Group?
"Most of my answers were based on my former boss. We reorganized and few people's interests were listening to. I now also report from New York to a boss in LA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen more closely to unhappy employees and try to move more quickly in making necessary changes, but within day to day business and with larger issues."
