"I dont mind at all working under preasure but when you ask to do more task than your regular daily basics and ask even more and not getting anything back."

"If you are a writer or a blogger this is a good company for you."

"I was limited what I could do. I feel that the company should put video production into there website."

"Try new Ideas, trying diffrent things for the webpage to grow."

"About half the people here seem relaxed and laid-back about making a flexible workplace."

"You're not going anywhere past the position you're interviewing for."
What don't you like about working at WebMD?
"Deadlines and financial pressure. Nothing seems to be more important than making money here, not even an employee's happiness. We often don't feel appreciated, just overworked. Unreasonable timelines are everywhere!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would offer employees more flexibility in the workplace (working from home, flexible hours, etc) and loosen deadlines. It always seems like the financial bottom line is more important than the employees."

"I don't like anything about it currently. The boss is a bully."

"If you want to do journalism or are interested in writing for a living, go interview somewhere else."

"The isolation creates a paranoid atmosphere which is perfect for abusive managers."

"Not throw tantrums, not insult and threaten people constantly, not set people up to fail and blame them for it."

"I write about and collaborate with others about the progressive nature of information networking, social media, and all things technology."

"Do it for the love is the best advice I can give. :-)"

"Does not pay very much. It is not enough to be a primary income."

"I have never met the CEO. So this question is not applicable."

"smart people, academic, casual, convenient, flexible hours, flexible schedule, friendly, engaged employees"

"It's a great place to be if you want a 9-5 job that pays moderately well and has good vacation time. But it's hard to move up or really shine here, let alone rock the boat and make a difference in the industry!"

"too much hierarchy, not enough growth potential, not enough challenges for motivated individuals, management is too conservative and doesn't know the customer, not enough input from people on the ground with direct contact with customers, backwards business policies"

"less hierarchy and more collaboration, more innovation, more customer-focus, more marketing-focused, more growth opportunities, more risky, less traditional or conservative"
