What do you like about working at ADP?
"I liked meeting new clients, and I liked the product. Definitely, room to grow depends on managers who are there and how much your work is appreciated. It is a respected company to start in and is a great name in your resume."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself, truly you. Answer questions right and be courteous, and show that you are naturally-born for that job, if you think sales, because their clients like professional and knowledgeable people. If you are hired, you will go through one of the best trainings possible, in Florham Park, New Jersey, headquarters of ADP."
What don't you like about working at ADP?
"ADP as ADP is a great company to work in, but they need to select managers and their employees morecarefully. There are too many drama people there, but not in every office, I mean."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more professorial, focus on new hires one at a time, follow the codes of business conduct more, respect old employees, and do not jump head-over-heals for new ones, while leaving behind the ones who are truly worth it. Respect the right people who bring you bucks with honor and dignity."
