"I was a member of the design team that won California Designer of the Year Award. Leon Max is a very creative man and it was the best place any young designer could work just our of design school."

What don't you like about working at Max Studio?

"Leon Max is the designer and would not hand over too many design responsibilities. I could be more than an assistant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow assistant designers to advance to a design position."
