"a great place to get your feet wet, not as fast paced as other organizations, but be prepared for spikes in workload. Learn all that you can from everyone around you as they all have something to offer."

What do you like about working at Max Studio?
"I was a member of the design team that won California Designer of the Year Award. Leon Max is a very creative man and it was the best place any young designer could work just our of design school."
What don't you like about working at Max Studio?
"Leon Max is the designer and would not hand over too many design responsibilities. I could be more than an assistant."

"Allow assistant designers to advance to a design position."
