"If you are interviewing for an account services position, you are in good shape. If you are interviewing for a creative position, stop."

"There is a tremendous amount of politicking and bullying going on at the managing partner level. The creatives, especially the art directors, have no voice; and there is no emphasis on delivering quality creative work."

"The management at CDM needs to speak with the employees at AgencyRx and get a real understanding of what goes on there."

"CEO did not know how to sell or get new clients. He was a work-a-holic. I put in very long hours with little in return."
