What don't you like about working at First Financial Credit Union?
"Unfortunately, the employees have dropped from approx. 300 down to 70."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have an open door policy. Also, suggestion box for employee's views and concerns (Including rewards for ideas)."

"NBC Universal is a great corporation to work for, unfortunately last year the company had to restructure and many contracts were cut."

"The professional atmosphere in general is very comforting and the company is constantly training and preparing their employees for new challenges."

"At this point there is very little I didn't like except maybe that starting positions don't often have a contract with the company but come in through a temp agency."

"A closer regulation and review of the temporary staff through their employing company can yield to future talent that is experienced and loyal to NBC."
