"I was hired in to take the place of the new manager, and my techs would always go over my head, they worked with the other guy for 10 years."

"Do not favor your tech that you have known for years over new people that are doing their job properly."

"CVS Caremark is about compliance; after all, it is a pharmaceutical company. They often forget there are people at the ends of those numbers. As a front store employee, we are treated like the convenience store attached to the pharmacy. It's about hitting numbers and threats if you don't."

"Management needs to create a positive environment that offers extensive training to influence a customer first impression."

"Do not even go there. Find another job. Go work some place where you can be appreciated!"

"My manager is horrible and she keeps her job. The corporate people suck and have no clue what they are doing."

"Start doing your job!! Fire everyone in HR and get some decent people in there who do not gossip!!"

"My current boss is not very encouraging or flexible with new ideas, which makes growth very difficult."

"work on time and monitor staff. bi-weekly supervisions for performance."

"I had a very nice experience working in Vedel IT mostly because of its organization structure and culture, team work and support from top management."

"Be as much prepared as you could since the main competencies of Vedel IT are its employees and they have a very tough selection and interview process."
What don't you like about working at Vedel IT?
"There was not a specific thing that I did not like but because of business type we had some holidays and it sometimes made keeping up with tasks a bit challenging and I myself tried to work extra to cover those gaps and meet the deadlines."

"Every thing was great, I would just say keep up the good work."
