"The onsite employees, under my management were great to work with."

"no, I really do not. I would not suggest this company to anyone."
What don't you like about working at Monarch Investment and Management Group?
"Incredibly disorganized, leadership did not guide or help, senior employees throw all site employees under the bus to keep their positions, no uniformity, no consistancy, lack of guidance & lack of general knowledge my company officials."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"replace upper management and hire new accountants, additionally the owner and upper managment could greatly benefit from basic property management classes."
What do you like about working at Mattress Source?
"Experience...I have so many responsiblities and I do my bosses job. I can handle a large amount of responsibility. I just want to get payed more than $12/Hr. for running a bussiness."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Dont do it. They work you to death and hope you quit so they dont have to pay you unemployment. Really."
What don't you like about working at Mattress Source?
"I do everything and I dont get credit. It is a very dirty business and the people are too. They are like used car salespersons."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I dont know where to begin. The whole company is currupted from the top to the bottom. There is no structure. Its just a bunch of games and politics."
