"Often people were unclear about their desks and there was alot of shifting of responsibilites which caused confusion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in the office, it would help to have more clear communication especially in the ever shifting responsibilities of the workers."

"The people at this company are great to work with. Emphasize your organizational skills and you will be able to be comfortable here."

What don't you like about working at Material Sciences?

"The filing and computer systems we used were somewhat antiquated. The company was not growing and despite talks with management I never felt I would advance in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have asked management for more opportunities to gain experience in a wider variety of responsibilities. The office utilties, especially the filing system could be modernized."
