"The best thing about working in the army would have to be the professional atmosphere among colleagues."

"Already have a definite plan in mind regarding how working for the army will fit into your life plan. Have a follow-on plan for what you intend to do afterwards."

"The most frustrating part of working in a huge organization like the army is the absurd amount of bureaucracy that is required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The best thing that the army could do to improve productivity and overall, job satisfaction would be to forcibly retire general and field grade officers that are simply collecting a paycheck."
